IF MY CHILD HAS HEAD LICE SHOULD I TREAT EVERYONE (IN THE FAMILY)?

Don't treat needlessly. We like to say, "If one family member has a cold, would you give medicine to everyone?" Of course not! What you would do, however, is exercise precautionary measures. The same holds with lice. Be aware, check, comb, and watch for signs, and only if necessary, treat. So we do a Head Check first, and only if evidence of head lice is identified on that person, we recommend treatment. Check first and only if necessary treat.
