Household Screening & Treatment Requirements
To qualify for the six-week guarantee, everyone living in the
household, along with regular caregivers such as babysitters or nannies, must be screened by a Lice In Sight® expert. Any individual who tests positive for lice must receive treatment from our team on the same day to help prevent lice from spreading between household members. Everyone treated must also follow the aftercare instructions provided during the appointment, including recommendations for cleaning the home and personal belongings. If these screening, treatment, or aftercare requirements are not completed, the six-week guarantee will no longer apply.
Guaranteed Coverage
Guarantee coverage begins on the date of your initial in-home visit. If lice or nits are found after all treatment requirements and aftercare instructions have been followed, place the specimen in a clear, sealed zip-top bag and secure it with tape. The specimen must then be presented to a Lice In Sight® expert for verification. Once its presence is confirmed, our team will provide follow-up lice treatment and nit removal at no additional cost.
